Marian Medical's Blood Administration Set is a syringe set designed for the preparation and delivery of small aliquots of whole blood, red cells and platelets with a150-micron filter. It is a cost effective, needleless system that maximizes the usage of adult size units of blood with sterile connection and single donor exposure for the neonatal/pediatric patient. The system comes with a BD syringe that is accurately identified and compatible with all IV pumps.
