Purilon gel can be used for necrotic and sloughy wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure injuries, non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, and for 1st and 2nd degree burns. The gel may be used throughout the healing process to provide a moist healing environment. Purilon gel should be used in conjunction with a secondary dressing.
