Gentell Hydrogel Saturated Gauze is 12-ply gauze fully saturated in crystal-clear, viscous, hydrating, Aloe Vera-based wound gel. Hydrogel Gauze protects the wound bed while the Aloe Vera provides a supply of ace mannin, in addition to other mono and polysaccharides, amino acids, glycoproteins, vitamins and enzymes creating an essentially moist healing environment.

For use on wounds with little or no exudate, diabetic skin ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, first and second degree burns, post-surgical incisions, cuts and abrasions.
