The SmartCompliance Bleeding Control Cabinet includes four Basic Pro Bleeding Control Kits (part number 91135). Each pouch contains all the tools required to handle multiple-wound limb bleeding wounds. It is equipped with a windlass-style and a back-up limb tourniquet, a hema-sea; a gauze dressing, an emergency blanket, and additional wound dressings.
