Dura-Band Exercise System The original, proven, resilient exercise band system that is portable and completely rehabilitates both the upper and lower extremities. Clip and band-adjuster allows fast set up of exercises, eliminates having to tie and untie knots and allows resistance to be varied within the same band or multiple bands to be used simultaneously. Nylon attachable extremity and leg strap features a D-Ring for fast, secure attachment. Soft foam handles provide a comfortable grip. Latex exercise bands offer greater durability and are far more resistant to edge tears and pinholes which lead to the rupturing of the entire band. It is less allergic 99.998% free of latex allergens (soluble proteins) and has zero to minimal powder residue. Resistance can be varied per band simply using its specially designed band-adjuster and adjusting its length. Red is similar in resistance to a 1-5 lb. dumbbell; Orange to a 5-10lb. dumbbell; Green to a 10-20 lb. dumbbell; Blue to a 20-30lb. dumbbell.
