Provides monitoring and documentation for both steam and EO gas sterilization procedures. Permanent load information is entered on both sides of the Duo-Record Card. A color-coded Duo-Record Label (sold separately) with control numbers and expiration date or the "sterile unless..." marking is affixed to the front of the card with either a small or large label Applicator. The label may be affixed to the packages either before or after (preferably) sterilization. After a steam sterilization cycle, the large circle in the word "steam" will change from white to black. After a gas sterilization cycle, the large circle in the word "gas" will change from red to green.
