Digi-Extend Systems isolate extension of all five fingers and each individual finger joint. Easily vary resistance level and hand position to maximize exercise goals. Includes one exerciser and 16 bands (4 each: Tan (XX-Light), Yellow (X-Light), Red (Light), Green (Medium)) and illustrated exercise pamphlet.

Clinic Set w/Stand includes four exercisers with 64 bands (16 each resistance) and a metal stand. Bands are not made with natural rubber latex.
