The first layer is a padding bandage that exerts a slight compression force, allowing for an even distribution of pressure and to help protect exposed areas
The second layer is a cohesive compression bandage applied onto the padding bandage under uniform tension
One-sided coating prevents the compression system from slipping
Can be used for patients with an ankle brachial pressure index (ABPI) of # 0.8
