Now add the extra surface protection of a silver-ion antimicrobial agent that helps control odor and inhibits the growth of bacteria, molds, yeasts, and fungi on the belt s surface for the life of the product, while also remaining supple and easy to use. Available in Dark Blue/Light Blue and White striped combination of 54" or 70" with a metal or plastic buckle. Washable. Disposable.

Infection Control Gait Belts
With concern about the spread of infection and patient cross-contamination, AliMed has developed gait belts with infection control options. Antimicrobial-Treated Gait Belts are embedded with silver particles that inhibit the growth and replication of bacteria, molds, yeasts, and other fungi that cause odor, staining, and discoloration. Wipeable Vinyl Gait Belts have a smooth surface and can be safely wiped clean with a spray disinfectant between patients. We also offer Single-Patient-Use Gait Belts that are lower in cost, and can be issued directly to the patient and left in their room for all staff to use. Choose the option that s best for your facility!
