How to Use Gel Dancer's Pads
-Apply gel dancer's / sesamoid pad to a clean and dry foot
-Wearing sock ensures the gel foot pad stays in place but is not mandatory
-Position gel dancer's (sesamoid) pad so the opening is placed around the big toe joint or affected area
-After use, remove the gel foot pad by gently peeling it away from the skin
-Do not put powder, lotions or medications on this dancer's pad or the skin while using
-Gel sesamoid pad and skin must be dry and clean for it to stick
